Meet Jason
Founder & Principal Attorney
Jason R. Davis is the founder of Axis Legal Group and has practiced law in Arkansas since 2018. He is licensed in Arkansas and the District of Columbia.
Jason's practice spans civil litigation, real estate transactions and disputes, business and commercial law, construction, and estate planning. He has represented clients ranging from individual property investors to commercial developers, business owners facing complex disputes, and families navigating estate matters.
His approach to practicing law stems from his own background in business and real estate. He has built things from scratch, which shapes how he counsels business owners and real estate clients, as someone who has been there.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and an Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock
Outside the office, Jason is married to Dr. Emily Davis, a pediatric acute care nurse practitioner. They have two children. He enjoys golfing, flying, and traveling with his family.
